We would like to invite you to take the 2025 Health Liberty Survey for Green Party members.
This survey was composed, between June and August 2024, primarily by Green Party members Tom Rodman and Joe Kopsick.
The purpose of this survey is to discover how members and officials of the various Green Party chapters, from across the country, feel about Covid-19 and about vaccines against it.
This survey will include questions regarding personal opinions about the legislative policies which have arisen to deal with those issues; and questions regarding how members feel about whether the party’s leadership and candidates have done a good job representing those opinions.
Most of the questions in this survey were writtenLink by Joe Kopsick (of the Green Party of Illinois), with the remainder of the questions coming from Tom Rodman and James Benkard (both of the Green Party of Wisconsin).
The questions were workshopped, proof-read, and approved by Joe and Tom and James, in conjunction with Rita Maniotis (of the Green Party of Wisconsin) and Chuck Fall (of the Green Party of Oregon). Tom Rodman is an avid researcher on the topics of Covid-19 and vaccines; while Joe Kopsick is a prolific writer and blogger, who has written and managed the political blog https://aquarianagrarian.blogspot.com since 2010.
The survey will be presented as-is, meaning that individual chapters will not be presented with an opportunity to amend the survey. The authors of the survey stipulate this in order to: 1) avoid censorship through omission of important questions that need to be asked; and 2) ensure simplicity, through providing for uniformity of questions throughout all iterations of the survey that are sent-out to people who take it.
We would like to know your opinion, as it stood, prior to reading this survey, so as a rule, please do not do web-searches before answering questions.

Given that there are so many questions, please feel free to scroll ahead and skip questions.
We regret that some questions may be controversial, or disturbing; but we have taken care to make sure that everyone who takes the survey remains free to answer “Neutral or don’t know” if they don’t feel comfortable answering a question, don’t understand a question, or don’t feel qualified or knowledgeable enough to answer a question confidently.
However, we would welcome questions, comments and clarifications - from anyone who wishes to provide them - and we will consider including those as changes in future surveys.
